Jean-Baptiste has been an organizational psychologist for 25 years. He combines expertise in
behavioral sciences, HR technologies and marketing. Thus, he merges talent, data intelligence and customer experience, powerful levers of change in the workplace.
Jean-Baptiste supports human resources departments on the path to their digitalization and the
acceleration of their transformation. He helps them in their journey to adopt new technological
capabilities while stimulating their vision of the future of work. He guides them methodologically to gain efficiency and redefine the experience paths.
He is the Practice Leader in HR Technologies and Transformation for Horizons RH as well as an
organizing member of HRTech Canada, which next edition’ will be held in 2021 in Montreal. In
addition to being the author of the HR blog FutursTalents (2017’ ANDRH Gold Mouse Prize) since 2013, he frequently write articles for Gartner / Capterra.
