Whether you’re a leader or an employee, be prepared for a deeply digital, widely distributed, and constantly evolving future. • GENERATIVE AI: WHAT IMPACTS ON THE FUTURE OF WORK AND HR?

A new wave of artificial intelligence (AI) systems is upon us. Generative AI can create new and original content—whether images, music, text, or videos. Beyond content creation, AI enables a rethinking of work processes and innovation by automating complex tasks, personalizing user experiences, and enhancing decision-making with advanced analytics. This talk focuses on the evolution of work and HR and how generative AI will shape them.

  • HR IN THE DIGITAL AGE : TRANSFORMATION AND REINVENTION

The digital transformation of companies continues to present its share of challenges and opportunities for human resources—to which must be added the many consequences of the international pandemic. To reap the dividends, the digitalization of organizations requires more than the contribution of new technologies: it first and foremost requires new ways of working and collaborating, centered on experience, analytics and agility. For the HR function, this involves examining the expectations and contributions of the various stakeholders – candidate, employee, manager and the various HR professionals – and exploring new possibilities offered by cloud computing technologies, artificial intelligence and automation.

  • FROM A (CADEMY) TO B (USINESS) - WITHOUT SELLING YOUR SOUL

I always thought that I would teach philosophy at university after my doctorate. More naive and younger, I thought that if you study, work hard, and apply for a few college jobs, you'll eventually get one. As it turned out, the reality was a little more complex, and I ended up moving from academia to business. Reflecting on my lessons learned over the years, I would like to share with you some tips on how to make this transition successful.

  • LEAD WITHOUT THE TITLE

How do you navigate that uncomfortable zone between individual contributor and leader (and/or manager)? How to prepare without formal responsibilities and title? Drawing on personal experience and research on engagement and collaboration I share my advice on how to think and act like a leader and how to channel 3 leadership archetypes - the doctor, the priest and the general. Leadership only exists if other people follow us - in thought, in emotion and in action.

    Audience: Young professionals

  • TRANSFORMING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AGE OF AI

Between sci-fi expectations and fear, it is sometimes difficult to think about how to manage future AI-based businesses. I will provide an overview of the main impacts of AI on management and human resources, as well as some guidelines to help leaders prepare their organizations for the future. Audience: HR managers and business leaders.

  • THE FUTURE OF LEARNING : LESS TRAINING, MORE PERFORMANCE

AI is transforming workplace learning, but its potential remains underexploited. Too often, programs focus on generic content or compliance, neglecting individual needs and productivity. Traditional training, disconnected from real work, leaves employees disengaged.

Effective learning relies on performance support, where AI excels. Learning departments must adopt these technologies or risk obsolescence. The future lies in the strategic use of AI to align learning with performance.

Audience: Learning & Development Executives, HR professionals
