Dave Glazer leads Modern Work and generative AI adoption at McCarthy Tétrault, one of Canada’s largest law firms. He focuses on responsible AI integration in high-stakes, regulated environments, including AI governance, compliance, risk management, and practical transformation of everyday work.
Previously, Dave held senior roles in strategy and innovation at Kroll and Info-Tech Research Group, advising global organizations on emerging technology, data strategy, and long-term decision-making. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Canadian federal government, producing data-driven analysis for senior leadership, including the Prime Minister’s Office.
Dave also advises Wellwave, an AI-driven digital therapeutics company, and maintains a foresight and strategy practice through Glazer Design. He holds an MBA in the Management of Technology and Innovation and has completed executive education at MIT in artificial intelligence, digital strategy, platforms, and the space economy.
