  The group coaching program consists of eight two-hour sessions, totaling sixteen hours, designed for small teams of up to six participants from the same organization who share a common goal of becoming outstanding speakers. Whether they are emerging speakers, corporate leaders, or negotiators, this program helps them develop confidence and impact in public speaking. Each session is carefully structured, with pre-session preparation that includes video analysis and exercises. Between sessions, participants receive personalized feedback and realignment of their objectives to ensure continuous progress.

• ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING
  
  1) The one-on-one mentoring program is tailored to aspiring speakers, executives, and negotiators who want to refine their skills and gain confidence. It includes eight individual coaching sessions of two hours each, totaling sixteen hours over several months. The program is designed to provide a highly personalized experience, with pre-session preparation such as video analysis and exercises to maximize learning.
  
  N.B. The format combines online coaching via Zoom with in-person practical training to ensure participants can apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
  
  2) For those needing a fast-track approach, the "Flash Starter" program offers three intensive 90-minute sessions over a short period. It includes training videos and a signed copy of one of Christine’s books, either "Pitch Like a Pro" or "The Speaker’s Toolbox." This program is ideal for professionals who need to structure a pitch or public presentation effectively in a short time frame.
