Sylvia Bréger is a criminologist. Her basic training is the behaviour analysis of criminals. During her meetings with some of them, she set up training programs for investigators as well as awareness modules for schools.

 

For 11 years, Sylvia Bréger was scientific correspondent of the judicial pole of the National Gendarmerie. She collaborated with the C3N of the PJGN of Pontoise as part of the training. Still in N'Tech training, she continues to train national criminology investigators for the University of Troyes.

 

Behaviour analysis, body language reading, lie detection: these different techniques can be useful during an audition or during any other interview (negotiation, hiring, sales, mediation, etc.) Sylvia Bréger shares her methods of observation to the greatest number so that everyone can see others from a new perspective. The interventions are made in France, Switzerland and Belgium.

 

Sylvia regularly leads conferences, as well as trainings for companies and manager's clubs to help them: (1) improve their observation (2) better understand the behaviour of their interlocutors (3) strengthen their communication (4) better interact in their professional sphere.

One-hour conferences are presentations that last for 60 minutes. Generally, these conferences consist of 45 minutes of presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers.
