MANUEL
CONSTANT
SYNERGOLOGUE, CONFÉRENCIER ET FORMATEUR

"Le plus important dans la communication, c'est d'entendre ce qui n'est pas dit." - Peter Drucker
Having worked for a decade as a sports coach, Manuel first focused on the human body’s physical aspects: anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
These fields of knowledge did not fully satisfy his curiosity, so he continued his relentless quest for understanding human nature by delving into other disciplines such as psychology, psychometrics, and anthropology.
His growing interest in behavioral analysis led him to ask himself certain questions:
-
Is it possible that people give off clues that allow us to better understand them?
-
How can we better grasp an individual and their intentions?
-
Better yet, is it possible to prevent certain situations by detecting early warning signs?
Eager for answers, he turned to synergology, completing a three-year academic program.
Following his specialization, he decided to put his expertise to good use by designing training programs on nonverbal communication and founding Syner-Go.
Passionate and critical-minded, he continuously trains and updates his knowledge on the subject.
EXPERTISES:
-
NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION IN BUSINESS
For many reasons, people don’t say everything. And among the information they keep to themselves, some of it would be highly relevant to know—especially if you want to stand out professionally.
The unspoken is everywhere: with your clients, with your employees, between colleagues, and even at home!
After this conference, you will be able to do one concrete thing: turn the unspoken into solutions!
And you’ll be able to do it immediately upon leaving the room.
You will experience total immersion in the world of nonverbal communication and be shocked to discover just how much is left unsaid—yet can significantly influence your professional approach.
-
DETECTING DISTRESS THROUGH NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION
How much would you estimate the cost of an employee going on sick leave to be?
The shock of the announcement, the workload spilling over onto colleagues, the training of a new employee… The answer is: it’s far too costly!
What if you could spot some of these cases before receiving a doctor’s note? In fact, certain body language signals are closely linked to mental health. Knowing them allows you to act before problems escalate and avoid crisis situations.
Becoming a lookout for your managers and employees is both a humanistic and highly profitable approach!
-
BODY LANGUAGE AND SEDUCTION
-
How do you measure your power of seduction?
-
Who hasn’t dreamed of knowing how much their first date was charmed… or not?
-
Do nonverbal signals related to seduction exist?
-
If so, where can one find this famous list?
-
Dating is always enjoyable. What’s even better is knowing whether the other person is as interested as you are. Learning to decode body language is therefore a powerful asset—and that’s precisely what you’ll learn in this conference!

Identifying inconsistencies between verbal and nonverbal communication—that’s the goal of Manuel Constant, synergologist and founder of the Syner-Go firm, in a new training on nonverbal communication. Interview.
Touching one’s glasses, blinking, crossing one’s arms… Body language has taken on a different level of importance for many now that remote work has become part of daily life, bringing with it its share of videoconferences, virtual meetings, and camera-based exchanges.
The Saguenay–Le Fjord Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCISF) invited one of only 300 synergologists in the world to answer its members’ questions on Tuesday, in an effort to shed light on these gestures that can be detrimental—and identified the “selfie mode” as the number one enemy of effective communication.
