Leadership isn't the power you wield. It’s the great potential you awaken in others.

Caroline Boyce, M.Sc., CHRP, is a consultant, speaker, and lecturer at HEC Montréal who is gently—but firmly—shaking up the world of human resources in Québec. Co-author of the book Recrutement et sélection (Chenelière, 2025), she advocates for HR practices that are more human, more rigorous, and above all… more credible.

Her love story with management began early: class president at age 8, camp director at 18, she found her calling at HEC Montréal, where she immersed herself in both academic and student life. Her career has taken her to Loto-Québec, Pratt & Whitney, Medisys, Morneau Shepell, and Adecco, where she led teams in talent acquisition, DEI, and employer branding initiatives.

She is also a leading voice on recruitment trends, candidate experience, and employer branding. Today, she shares her expertise in classrooms, professional conferences, podcasts, specialized publications, and with her LinkedIn community of over 25,000 followers.

Caroline offers a new way of thinking about HR: more strategic, more human, and deeply connected to today’s challenges. Her approach is defined by unapologetic rigor, a straightforward tone, and a unique ability to make complex concepts accessible and actionable.

A sought-after speaker known for her energy and clarity, she captivates both HR professionals and managers with timely insights, evidence-based data, and practical takeaways that can be applied right away.

Her talks help strengthen employee engagement, improve the employee experience, and position organizations as employers of choice. With her, audiences leave inspired—and above all, better equipped.
