Jean-Baptiste Audrerie, M.Ps. M.B.A. Jean-Baptiste has been an organizational psychologist for 26 years and holds an Executive MBA from UQAM and Paris-Dauphine University.
He combines behavioral sciences and HR technologies, thus combining talent, data intelligence and customer experience; 3 powerful levers for change in the working industry.
Jean-Baptiste accompanies human resources departments on the path to their digitization and helps them accelerate their transformation so they can better adopt the new technological capabilities within their reach while stimulating their vision of the future. He guides them methodologically to gain in efficiency and redefine the paths of experience.
He is Vice-President of consulting services at Horizons RH (leading Canadian company in strategic consulting in HR technologies). He is an organizing member of the HRTech Canada show, bringing together 65 publishers and 700 members of the Quebec HRIS community.
