Strategist in women's entrepreneurship, Déborah Cherenfant has passionately multiplied her commitments in economic development and women's leadership since her arrival in Quebec in 2005. She is greatly involved as an administrator on various boards, including that of the McCord Museum, the Fédération des chambres de Commerce du Québec, Bonjour Startup Montréal, the KANPE Foundation and Humanov-is. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Conseil du statut de la femme du Québec.
An entrepreneur at heart, she has over the years started the blog Mots d'Elles; the fashion brand Atelier Couleur, the concept store Marché Couleur. She also co-founded BiAS, a cultural and artistic think tank, and Cabinet BlindSpot, for more EDI in the business world.
In 2022, Déborah continues her collaborations as a radio columnist for Tout Un Matin on ICI Première and a TV collaborator for Le Fil on Noovo.
