Déborah Cherenfant joined TD Bank Group in 2020 as Regional Director, Women Entrepreneurs, Quebec Region. Since arriving in Quebec in 2005, Déborah has increased her commitments in economic development and female leadership.
Today, she is mainly involved as Administrator of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, Bonjour Startup Montreal, the KANPE Foundation active in Haiti, Humanov-is in social innovation and outgoing president of Compagnie F, entrepreneurship for women. In 2018, she was appointed by the Council of Ministers to the Council on the Status of Women in Quebec.
A graduate in international economics and entrepreneurship, Déborah has used her strategic skills over the past decade in business start-ups and financing advisory services, as well as in the development of entrepreneurship programs. She has also created businesses such as the Mots d'Elles web media; Atelier Coloré, fashion and design studio; Marché Coloré, ephemeral concept store co-founded by BiAS, a cultural and artistic think tank promoting diversity.
Déborah Cherenfant is today president and spokesperson for the Young Chamber of Commerce of Montreal, the largest in the world; company columnist for Tout Un Matin on ICI Première and economic blogger on Les Affaires.
