HOW TO TAP THE POWER OF A MULTIGENERATIONAL WORKFORCE
Older workers are a rich resource waiting to be tapped. It's time to embrace aging as a superpower at work - and beyond.
To lead this cultural revolution, we must break down the myth that aging equals decline. The truth is that older staff bring so much to the party:
I will use examples from around the world to show how and why older workers can be a boon in all sectors. Also why the future belongs to companies that embrace multigenerational work, not just seniors, but young people too.
The message throughout is that we have it in our power to make aging our ally. My tone will be optimistic. My goal is to inspire the audience to make the most of the longevity revolution at work - and in their own lives.
Everyone, regardless of age, will leave more optimistic about the future!
