An expert in strategy and leadership, Vanessa brings over 15 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. She has held key positions at DAVIDsTea, where she played a strategic role in the company’s IPO, as well as at Groupe Legault, where she held various executive roles, including leading the Mondou brand, before becoming President of Mandy’s Gourmet Salads.
Recognized for her ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence, Vanessa supports leaders and organizations in their growth and transformation journeys. She shares her expertise through keynote talks, immersive workshops, and insightful conversations aimed at strengthening leadership and driving impact. Her unique lens? Food—as a way to blend facts and figures with powerful storytelling.
In the unique positions that leaders occupy, it’s not uncommon to find oneself “alone at the top,” facing complex strategic decisions.
