Company Director
As an engineer by training, Hélène stands out with an approach that combines business development, marketing, business intelligence, and strategic planning. Passionate about innovation, she has worked within startups and large enterprises, all sharing a common goal of transforming their industry through technology. She has held positions in North America and Europe. Hélène sits on the boards of several private companies and applied research organizations.
As the Executive Director of the QG100 Network from 2017 to 2022, Hélène led an organization bringing together Quebec's top CEOs, who are leaders in their sectors globally. From 2006 to 2017, she held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at TELUS Health. There, she led the activities of strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies, as well as campaigns for the adoption of various technological solutions. Hélène has also held various Vice President roles in sales, marketing, and product management within startups in the optics and electronics field in Quebec. She worked abroad for 10 years in Europe and North Africa, at the Alcatel headquarters in France, and at Bell Canada International as part of a technology transfer contract.
Ms. Chartier holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She obtained her certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) in 2018.
PIERRE-MARC SARRAZIN

Pierre-Marc Sarrazin is the Vice President of Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, and Treasurer at Ovivo, a global provider of water and wastewater treatment equipment headquartered in Montreal. He joined Ovivo in 2011 and currently leads the mergers and acquisitions strategy, financing, treasury operations, and investor relations.
Pierre-Marc has nearly twenty years of experience in corporate finance and corporate development for several multinational public companies, where he actively participated in numerous strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and restructurings.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business from HEC Montreal. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
GUILLAUME POIRIER ST-PIERRE

Guillaume Poirier St-Pierre joined Gallagher (formerly Optimum Talent) in 2020 as a Senior Consultant within the executive search practice. Over the past few years, he has navigated the realms of talent acquisition, organizational development, coaching, psychometrics, governance, college and university teaching, as well as entrepreneurship. Guillaume brings a relevant background of education, experiences, and expertise.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Sherbrooke, a Master's degree in Organizational Development from HEC Montreal, and ACC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, he is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Finance at McGill University. Having worked in highly diverse environments serving local, national, and international companies in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Guillaume has an excellent ability to adapt and understand different business models. He is currently involved in various committees and boards, including the Regroupement des Jeunes Chambres du Commerce du Québec (RJCCQ), the Jeunes Administrateurs de l’IGOPP, and the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (CRHA). Having led numerous high-performing teams and served on various executive and advisory boards, she has developed strong expertise in organizational transformation, leadership and talent development, human resources, employee experience, engagement strategy, corporate culture, organizational development, and corporate social responsibility. With a forward-looking approach to change and innovation, Valérie is recognized for her collaborative leadership and ability to deliver innovative, creative, and cost-effective solutions.
As an executive coach, trainer, speaker, and strategist, she serves several prominent clients. Me Aicha Tohry is a lawyer and the founder of ARTY AVOCAT, a practice offering legal services to entrepreneurs in the creative industries. She assists and represents clients in various areas, including information technology, entertainment, arts, and marketing. Me Tohry is frequently sought after to provide training in visual arts, copyright law, influencer marketing, and the music industry.
Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montreal in 2016, she now teaches entertainment law there as a lecturer.

Vice-president and Global Enterprise Engineer at Deutsche Bank
Since graduating as a Software Engineer from the renowned School of Mines in France in 2011, Lucas has assisted dozens of companies in defining and implementing their IT strategy.
He began his career with consulting firms in Paris and Montreal, where he worked for 8 years. In 2019, he joined Deutsche Bank in London as a VP, leading global initiatives to shape the future of in-house, secured, and innovative CRMs for investment and corporate banks.
In parallel, he launched his own company that builds and sells applications for the Salesforce platform.
Lucas holds 14 certifications in System Architecture, Software Architecture, and Software Development, and has strong experience in building cloud applications and microservices. He also publishes articles on Medium about modern development methodologies and technologies.
His travels and experiences working with dozens of companies of various sizes and industries, as well as starting his own company, have helped him form a curious, agile, and creative mindset that will contribute to tailoring the adn 2.0.

Possessing an innovative approach to increasing visibility in the marketplace ahead of competitors.
As a natural leader, Susan has served on many International committees from 2000-2024 such as the MPI Canadian Advisory Committee, MPI Foundation Canada Council and currently on the MPI Principales and Professionalism review committee. Served in leadership roles as SITE Canada President (2009) and MPI Toronto Chapter President (2005), showcasing her dedication to advancing the industry. Her commitment extends to active involvement in industry associations, including MPI, where she earned the prestigious President’s Award 2011 & Supplier of the Year in 2000 and 2023. She was inducteed in the Hall of Fame, as Industry Volunteer award for her unwavering commitment and most recently award the Site Canada 2023 Lifetime Achievement Moira Hearn Award.
