In the dynamic world of business events, our collaboration with Entrechefs PME for the Grand Rassemblement Annuel (GRA) perfectly illustrates how adn positions itself as a strategic partner in terms of content, far beyond a simple single event.
This synergy not only contributed to the success of the event, but also created a memorable experience for all participants. The themes "adn entrepreneurial: knowing how to take advantage of momentum" and "Assets for leading with lightness" resonate particularly with our approach.
Interesting fact: this name was not even chosen by dn, demonstrating the natural alignment between our visions even before the official start of our collaboration!
Let's delve into the details of this exceptional partnership.
The challenge
Entrechefs PME was looking to create an event that would not only bring together Quebec entrepreneurs, but also address crucial themes for their professional development. The challenge was to support the team in the design of an impactful program that would resonate with nearly 700 participants, focusing on three main themes:
Identity and Role Transitions: Explore the impact of the entrepreneurial role on the professional approach to transition.
New knowledge: knowing how to stay and knowing how to leave: Develop the attitudes necessary to make room for renewal in our roles.
Obsolescence: Anticipating the future of work by developing new skills to remain a relevant leader in our organizations
How to embody lightness without falling into lightness ?
For this second edition, EntreChefs PME has set us a major challenge: to design an engaging program, aligned with a double-edged theme "Assets to be directed with lightness".
It was not about entertaining, but about offering impactful content, in accordance with the 8 assets defined by the event: anticipating uncertainty (the screenwriter), creating links (the connector), listening accurately (the Empathic) or mobilizing through the game (the Joker).
Our mission at adn: design, structure and animate a programming faithful to this spirit - where lightness never means superficiality, but maturity, hindsight and lucidity in the act of leading.
the adn touch’
As a strategic partner, adn has deployed a holistic approach based on three pillars:
1. Content design and programming consulting: We worked closely with the Entrechefs PME team to align the right speakers on the defined themes and structure the program and content optimally.
2. Matchmaking with our talents: Our expertise allowed us to identify and select the most appropriate stakeholders for the relevant segments of the event among the DNA experts:
Béatrice Robichaud: Co-founder, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at Panthera Dental, a passionate transgender visionary businesswoman, shared her inspiring entrepreneurial journey as an international speaker. She provided valuable insights into business challenges, including managing a company's rapid growth and the importance of maintaining a strong corporate culture in a context of constant change.
Benoît Hardy-Vallée: expert in organizational transformation and the future of work, presented the 10 key trends that shape the future of work*. In particular, he addressed the importance of adaptability, continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies to remain competitive in an ever-changing business environment.
To make the content even more relevant for the attending leaders, Benoit recorded a video paired with a pre-event survey, allowing participants to choose the topics that mattered most to them. Personalized content? Absolutely!
Charles Lapierre: Through an interactive improvisation workshop, Charles invited participants to get out of their comfort zone, to experiment with active listening, co-construction and responsiveness. A participatory format, which made it possible to concretely experience the skills necessary for fluid leadership, capable of juggling between structure and spontaneity.
Anthony Vendrame & François Daigle Bérubé: Anthony gave a committed and lucid lecture on the current realities of leadership: mental overload, loss of landmarks, social responsibility. Then, his alter ego, François Daigle Bérubé, took over in a performance that was both absurd and surprisingly precise. This duo brilliantly illustrated the art of mobilization through play, highlighting the tensions of the leadership role... with humor, change and depth.
Vanessa Fracheboud: Vanessa gave an inspiring and anchored lecture, focused on resources, personal alignment and the power of authenticity. A deeply human intervention, which was able to reconnect the participants to their intention as leaders and remind them that lightness also requires inner accuracy.
By alternating participatory formats, offbeat content and moments of reflection, these interventions brought rhythm, diversity and coherence to the entire event.
They made it possible to materialize concretely the theme "Assets for leading with lightness", in complementarity with the other strengths imagined by EntreChefs PME.
3. Access to a network of experts: Thanks to our extensive network of more than 2000 speakers, we were able to offer high-caliber speakers, both among our official talents and in our extended network.
The closing of the event was marked by an inspiring dialogue between two great leaders from Quebec: Mario Plourde, then CEO of Cascades, and Richard Voyer, CEO of SOPREMA Canada. This final discussion offered unique insights on leadership in a “fireside chat” format, allowing participants to step into the shoes of these two seasoned entrepreneurs. A truly unique experience

The impact
The collaboration between adn and Entrechefs PME exceeded expectations, as evidenced by Marie-Lou Guévin, director of offer, events and member development at Entrechefs PME
Such a positive experience collaborating with Adrien and adn for the production of the 2024 edition of the Grand Rassemblement Annuel de EntreChefs PME! [...] I appreciated Adrien's creativity, proactivity, and rigor; he works with great respect for both people and the project he collaborates on. Thank you!
The satisfaction rate related to collaboration and speaker choice reached 90%. In addition, all the interventions of our experts were over 80% of appreciation among the participants - a remarkable achievement, given that they are entrepreneurs who are particularly difficult to impress!
An Ongoing collaboration
Our partnership with EntreChefs PME goes far beyond a single event.
After the success of the Grand Rassemblement Annuel 2024, then the 2025 edition under the theme "Assets to be directed lightly", our collaboration continues and strengthens. It is embodied through the development of strategic forums as well as the planning of the next editions of the GRA.
This renewed trust from the EntreChefs PME team allows us to continue to offer, throughout the year, a series of strong and inspiring content, ensuring a constant and rewarding dynamic for the Quebec entrepreneurial community.
