The context: anchoring human values at the heart of a creative studio
At adn, we believe that the most powerful content is one that is long-term and resonates with the deep values of an organization. More than an announcement effect, it is in the long time that the most authentic transformations are born.
Our collaboration with DON'T NOD Montreal, which began in 2023 and continued in 2024, perfectly illustrates this approach. Together, we designed and deployed an integrated CSR programming, built to support teams in their ethical and social reflection, while respecting the unique culture of a video game creation studio.
Committed studio, DON'T NOD Montréal wanted to structure its social responsibility approach around three fundamental pillars:
Mental health and individual well-being,
Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in internal practices,
The environment and sustainability issues.
The challenge: to transform these major themes into concrete moments of dialogue, awareness and inspiration, designed for a creative, demanding audience, and very sensitive to the coherence between discourse and action.
Our answer: a tailor-made event programming and anchored in time
To meet this need, adn has set up a structured editorial partnership, with content designed to punctuate the year and integrate naturally into the studio's life cycles.
Among the flagship interventions of this cycle:
🎙️ Yan Martin's solocast, "More human: an enlightened look at the art of living with authenticity, vulnerability and courage", deeply marked the minds. Through intimate reflection, Yan explored the link between professional posture, mental health and emotional courage — in a format that is both accessible and impactful.
🎧 Jean-Daniel Petit's podcast, "The value of impact: profitability at the service of change", opened a stimulating debate on the societal role of the company, at the intersection of meaning and performance. A particularly relevant message for an industry where creation and responsibility are closely linked.

The impact: open up areas for reflection and strengthen cohesion
These interventions were received with great interest within DON'T NOD Montreal. By creating times of pause and exchange around often sensitive subjects, they have strengthened team cohesion, enhanced internal commitments, and paved the way for new spontaneous initiatives.
More than just a conference program, this is a lively approach, which accompanies the development of a committed, inclusive and deeply human corporate culture.
A partnership in line with the expectations of new generations of talent
In a constantly evolving sector, where the attraction and retention of talent is increasingly through internal culture, this type of collaboration demonstrates that event content can become powerful levers of meaning and transformation.
We warmly thank Hana Benosman and the entire DON'T NOD Montreal team for their commitment, trust and enthusiasm throughout this journey.
