Before becoming a personal chef, Dominic Lamirande - aka Dom Cooks - was above all a food and cooking enthusiast. He grew up in Quebec, cooking with his mother, with culinary influences from Eastern Europe but also from Italy and, very quickly, got his hands dirty in order to organize his first "dinner parties" at the age of 18.
A peculiarity of his cooking style? Recipes from his "mom", which he always tried to make better, tastier and more delicious. Not that the food he ate with it was bland, but because Dom has always been drawn to constant improvement in the kitchen, which led him to perform all sorts of tests.
Very quickly, he began to organize many dinners with his friends and discovered a passion for cooking for others. Dom Cooks is then born quietly, while Dominic Lamirande discovers his "love language".
Follow him on this culinary journey where he shares recipes and tips that bring him joy every day, in his kitchen and those of his guests. His goal? Maintain a healthy lifestyle without restricting himself to the foods he loves!
