Florian Pradon has been actively working in the field of recruitment since 2003. French and
immigrated to Canada in 2007, passionate and talkative, he is a well-known speaker on topics like attraction strategies, the new generation at work, technology’s integration in the recruitment process and corporate culture.
From Paris to Montreal, his expertise has been recognized in various sectors from automotive
engineering to architecture and for the last 10 years, also technology. He has worked for large international companies such as Hays , Nurun , Manpower and most recently contributed to the development of talent and retention strategies at Gsoft .
Florian is also the co-founder of Newton , a company specializing in employer branding where he
has supported start-up companies such as Téo Taxi and Videotron .
His thirst for challenges and his desire to break the code naturally led him to work in a start-up,
allowing him to gain in-depth knowledge of this ecosystem and its challenges. Above all, he is
passionate about humans, he draws his daily inspiration from sociology, design and ethnography.
